Where LA Studio fits
LA Studio Standard estimates vocals, drums, bass, guitar, piano, and other. HQ Vocal Separation is a separate cloud two-stem process. Stem count alone does not establish separation quality.
How to evaluate with your own material
For bass practice, inspect the mix with bass muted; for transcription, inspect bass alone. Check aligned exports and synchronization when placing the files in another DAW.
Keep the original and compare the same passage at similar playback levels. Record the plan, processing mode, device, and changed settings so you can repeat the comparison.
